カーポートの屋根が雪の影響で潰れて屋根の交換工事です。
保険適応にもなる項目ですが、入っていない為
普通にカーポート取り替えと屋根の交換見積りとしました。
このタイプのカーポート屋根は弱くて割と凹みます。今年の火災保険工事でもいくつか同じタイプの事例あり、直したり交換したりしていました。
屋根材の厚みを増し強度を出した上で、金物をうわ吊りして補強致しました。
梁の上に屋根がくるのが普通ですがこのタイプは屋根を金物でうわ吊りしてるだけなので弱い構造ですね。
厚みを増したルーフデッキ材ですので今までよりはだいぶ強くなりました。
