今日は正面から見たら向って左側が６０ミリも下がっている外部鉄骨階段の修繕工事
です。リピート頂いてるオーナー様からの物件です。割とこの手は土間コンクリート
の陥没による場合が多く、今回も２センチ土間下がりで４センチ分は片側ササラ下駄
の下場が水溜りになっていて鉄骨の腐れで中なっていました。合計６０ミリの
方下がりではっきり斜めになっていました。溶接アンカーと６ミリプレートによる
かさ上げによって持ち上げ固めて左官作業で完了です
