ガレージのシャッターと同時に外部階段の鉄骨修理工事を
やらさせていただいてるアパートの外部鉄骨補強、
修繕を行いました。天気が悪く終わりの１時間は雨に濡れ
職人さんも私もびっしょりでしたが最後まで緊張切らさず修繕
致しました。外部階段の修繕工事は水の流れや、溜まり個所を
把握した上での修繕になります。無事完了です。
水抜きも全ての角パイに施しました。
今回のポイント
腐れ穴が多く水の溜まり個所を把握するのが簡単でした
コーキングで良い穴か？溶接か？の判断は難しく感じましたが
基本にもとずきバッチリ完了出来ています。
後日、塗装仕上げ工事となります。
