サークルフェロー鉄骨リフォーム状況です
札幌市西区で腐食予防状態の外部鉄骨階段の段板の補強工事です
１Ｆから２Ｆまで結構な部材使います。今回は細かい補強板を選びました
付け根の部分でアングルなら溶接できない部分あったり、水の溜まりえる
場所ですので平板は避けました。段板天板シートも考えましたがまだ上部は
状態悪くないのであまりいじらずです。
今回の修繕ポイント
○階段の段板の付け根《入れ隅》が腐食あるところ多数。溶接機かないのと
見た目をそろえたい為、筋交い補強です
○踊り場下、デッキプレートは補強程度でＯＫ
○天板上面は状態が悪く無いのでシート張りは無しを選択
