札幌市西区で以前鉄骨外部階段の腐れによる老朽化で踊り場の
スパンドレールや鉄骨柱の角パイを補強、交換させて頂いた
お客様からのリピート工事です。２Ｆ上の柱の腐れ １個所ですが
気になるようです。以前に見つけておけば良かったですが、建物裏
の鉄骨ロング柱の１番上でした。包み込むように裏まで溶接補強で
雨の進入なくなりました。塗装もお客様の塗料借りて塗りました
今回のポイント
