苫小牧市でオーナ様からダイレクトに受注致しました物件の
外部鉄骨階段の補強工事と修繕、目隠し、塗装工事と少々予想より
超えた内容項目でしたが予算内見積りで収めました。
現調時予想異常の土間の陥没で下がってる箇所があったものの
鉄骨自体には集中箇所のみ状態が悪化してる内容でした。
手摺りや他は塗装しっかりやれば朽ち果てない感じでした。
現状は水の道筋が全く考えてない施工なのか補修なのか？
でしたので集中的に悪いところが手におえないレベルでも
ありました。鉄骨の柱も追加、横流しで角パイプも追加で補強
足した場所もありです。
