札幌市平岡にて某アパートの鉄骨階段踊り場裏面補強工事と、階段コンクリート面浸透性防水剤工事、塗装工事です。
天気の良い日に仕上げる為に日程少し前後しましたが、無事完了しました。
今回は状態がわりかし良かったので綺麗な補強にて完了出来ました。
この位の鉄の消化程度で補強工事出来ると溶接などもしっかりと効き仕上がりが良いですね。
大抵はサビサビになって穴空いた状態などになってしまってからの依頼が大半ですが。。。
・鉄骨階段踊り場裏面で面で受けてからの角パイプ補強工事
・階段踏み面裏のプレート補強工事
・土間コンクリート面、慣らし、浸透性防水剤工事
各工事の様子です。
